LIMITATION OF LIABILITY : Under no circumstances shall The Studio Outfitters be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like, arising out of the use or the inability to use the Goods.
Payments of Goods shall be made in full before delivery.
All quoted prices are valid for the period specified on the Invoice or Quotation.
Prices stated do not include tax, duties, tariffs, import export fees or other charges. Such charges will be shown on the Invoice where applicable. Shipping and handling costs shall be borne by the Customer.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS : The Goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition, unless notified by the Customer on the day of the delivery and such notification be confirmed in writing. The Customer will not be entitled to withhold payment while the claim is being investigated.
RETURN POLICY : All products returned must be 100% complete, containing all original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returned goods.
The Studio Outfitters reserve the right to revise or discontinue any item at any time without notice.
